The Sanpete County Jail has a Video Visitation program to allow for two options for visiting an inmate:
Free public visitation done at the Sanpete County Jail. All onsite visitation is done over a computer monitor. There are no in person visits or barrier visits at our jail.
At-home visitation that can be done from any mobile device or computer with a fee.
ON SITE VISITATION HOURS:
Monday - Saturday: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Go to the website: securustech.net Create an account. (Click on the Login button and it will say if you don't have an account click here)
While signed into Securus account, click on Video Connect Sign Up. It will do a system check. You will do a current selfie photo and submit a picture of your driver's license or ID card, then select Sanpete County Jail. Securus then sends your profile to Sanpete County Jail Inmate Visitation. Please make sure the email you use on your Securus account is one you monitor. This is how notifications are made to you by Securus and Sanpete County Jail Inmate Visitation.
After Sanpete County Inmate Visitation completes the required Background Check, you will receive and email with the Inmate Visitor Application and Visitation Rules forms. They are downloadable PDF forms with fillable fields.
Download the forms and fill them out. Scan and email them back to Sanpete County Inmate Visitation at [email protected]. If you have issues scanning and emailing them back please take a picture of them and email them.
Once Sanpete County Inmate Visitation receives the forms back you will be notified by email to let you know when you are approved.
Issues with you Video Visits will need to be resolved directly through Securus. For money related issues, you must also contact Securus directly.
